Over the next six weeks we'd like you to use this platform to tell us about your health and wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to know what you have stopped doing, started doing differently and what you plan to carry on doing.
What is this project about?
This project gives you the opportunity to share your thoughts, feelings and ideas about how health and care services can be improved following COVID-19. The information will be used to make health and care services better across Derbyshire.
Who is behind this project?
Joined Up Care Derbyshire have commissioned Traverse - an independent research consultancy specialising in public discussions to run the platform.
Joined Up Care Derbyshire wants to try ensure that health and care services are built around the needs of people living in Derbyshire. This EngagementHQ platform is helping achieve that through gathering your views.
You can also follow Joined up Care Derbyshire on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook: @joinedupcarederbyshire
How to take part
Please complete the activities below.
The Your Story activity is a private space for you to tell us your experiences of health and wellbeing. There is no need to register for this activity - just complete the questions and tell us your story.
The Generate Ideas activity is a public space where you can interact with other Derbyshire residents about ideas for future health and care services.
The Other Stories tab will be a public space to view themes that emerge from the discussion. We'll update this as we go. Once stories have been published you can log on and engage with them.
If you have any questions, you can get in touch with the project team by using the contact details on the Who's Listening section on the right hand side.

After the project is finished, we will publish a report, and share the data you provide with us anonymously so that other researchers can use it. All the data and views you share with us during the project will be anonymised: this means people will not be able to associate the views you share with you personally. Six months after the project has finished we will delete your personal information.
